Shop Volunteer (several roles) -

Main Responsibilities: serving customers, handling payments,completing book orders

Skills/Knowledge Required: excellent customer service skills, good computer literacy, ability to work with other people, reliable 

Time of the Week and Frequency: shifts available most days

How many Hours: 3 hours per shift

External events -

Main Responsibilities: host our stall at external events

Skills/Knowledge Required: a car/driving license, competency with taking on line payments, problem solving skills in the case of glitches

Time of the Week and Frequency: variable

How many Hours: 4 hours, variable

Events at the Shop-

Main Responsibilities: setting up, welcoming attendees and helping clearing up at the end.

Skills/Knowledge Required: good customer service skills
