Southampton's Urban Wild festival

We are really excited to be part of Southampton's first Urban Wild Festival which runs from Monday 26 May - Sunday 1st June 2025. Lots of great activities to get involved in, with walks, talks and workshops running throughout the week. 

Do join us on our Wild Poetry Walk on Saturday 31st May where invite you on a amble from the bookshop's community garden to the riverside at Pettinger Gardens, with stops along the way to share your favourite poems about the wild or bring your own words if you are happy to share. We recommend John Clare and Mary Oliver as a start.
