Helen Iles is the author of Hiraeth. In this workshop, she offers some tools to connect to our own deep selves and bring our unique voice onto the page. Using the deeply mythical narrative structure of A Heroine’s Journey for guidance, this is a deep dive into practical exercises you can use anytime to access your own creative self.
No experience of either meditation or writing is necessary to take part in this workshop.
Suggested contribution £8, to support both facilitator and space. However, accessibility is important so if you can offer a little more, your gift will support others with less resources.
