children's storytelling: Who Am I? by Vie Portland
Thursday 24th February
in shop - from 11am - free entry
Please register via Eventbrite if you wish to attend so we know how many people to expect
Join Vie Portland in the shop for inclusive storytelling for children aged 3-7 years.
Vie will be reading from ‘Who Am I?’ her second book about Emily. These stories aren't about Emily’s disability or how she looks different - Vie wants readers to see that we all have far more in common than that which makes us different; “I want readers to see that, when we accept and celebrate our differences, our worlds open up to so much more joy, to so many more experiences.” Join Vie, and hear Emily and her mum’s wonderful imaginary adventures to see how we are all wonderful, just as we are.
Vie Portland is founder of local Community Interest Company, VieNess Discover You Love You CIC, where she teaches children, young people, and women, how to live happier, kinder, more confident, lives. She is also a creator of happiness products, and an author of children’s and adult’s books.
