Selling books at The Attic for the exclusive one off event with Henry Normal and Nigel Planer

On Saturday 4th November we headed to The Attic in Totton, for an exclusive one off event with Henry Normal and Nigel Planer.

Henry promoted his latest poetry collections, The Escape Plan and The Fire Hills.

The Escape Plan contains all the poems from Henry’s acclaimed BBC Radio 4 shows, together with the most popular poems from each of his previous collections. The Fire Hills was written between December 2021 and November 2022, reflecting the first year of his move to Fairlight in East Sussex. This collection explores explores new landscapes, armed only with a pen and unwarranted optimism.

Nigel was celebrating the release of his first book, Jeremiah Bourne in Time, the first in his new fantasy trilogy, The Time Shard Chronicles. This first instalment takes a new and original look at the possibility of time travel as it catapults you into a thrilling journey across London and through time.

Nigel was also promoting his new collection of poetry, Making Other Plans. This collection is many of Nigel’s poems in one volume.
