Reading Rulers (for visual stress and dyslexia) in store now

Two different Reading Rulers are in store now to help with visual stress and dyslexia (from The Dyslexia Shop)

The Crossbow Reading Ruler (or eye level ruler) is 205mm x 74mm and is a small overlay designed specifically to benefit those with Visual Stress and dyslexia. Not only does it work to reduce the symptoms of Visual Stress, it also highlights and underlines text, making it easier for the dyslexic reader to keep their place on the page they are reading.

The A4-size transparent overlays, now expanded to 11 colours, give the broad choice recommended by experts. These A4 overlays are ideal for reading larger texts, sheet music, etc.

Both overlays have a shiny side and a matt side to provide improved usability over a range of lighting conditions. Reading from the shiny side gives a subjectively crisper appearance to the underlying text, but can reflect overhead lighting. The matt side trades slightly decreased clarity for less reflection.

£2 for the small reader and £5 for the A4 sheet
