Come and join us and Get Growing with a spring plant and seed swap and sale!
This is a drop in session between 12 and 4pm on Saturday 23rd April so do come along and join us when you can. Plants and seeds available until they are all gone!
In collaboration with our our friends from Co-ops Southampton and Southampton Friends of Co-operation we are inviting you to bring along your in date seeds and newly potted plants (both indoor and outdoor). Drop them off on the day between 12 and 2pm or leave that at the shop in the week before the event
There also be stalls and information about other co-operative growing and gardening ventures in our city, such as Primrose Cottage, Southampton National Park City, Front Gardens Plus, Bitterne Park Growing Places, Southampton Allotment and Gardens Association and a demo of a rat proof composting bin from Transition Southampton. Come along and join us
Our Conversation Cafe will also be open for the day so there’ll be tea, coffee and vegan cakes too. See you there

We are back open six days a week, with the whole store open for browsing. We will still of course be taking customer orders and you will still be able to buy food and cleaning products online through our online store.
We are able to be open 6 days a week again because of your consideration and care whilst in the shop. Though things are opening up, covid cases are still high and a lot of our staff have only received one jab. So we are asking customers to continue to leave that extra space, sanitise their hands and pull on their mask. We really appreciate it.
