Member Profile - Suyog Dhakras
We would like to say a huge thank you to member Suyog Dhakras who has shared information about our community space with his work, resulting in a couple of bookings. Suyog works for the NHS and it is here that he has shared the details of our rooms for hire with colleagues. Suyog has been a member since our most recent share offer in 2022. He says that he supports October books because 'the staff are friendly and the book selection is amazing’.
Suyog’s favourite books are A Suitable Boy by Vikram Seth and Mapp and Lucia by EF Benson. At the moment he is reading Tomb of Sand by Geetanjali Shree, the International Booker-winning story of a woman who travels to Pakistan at the age of 80 to reclaim her true identity. We will check we have that one in the shop as it sounds a great read. Suyog is reading it in Hindi.
