Conversation café - Community Benefit Societies and share offer

The October Books team will hosting our conversation café from 10.30am -12.30pm on the last Saturday of every month.

This will be an informal space where anyone interested in learning how they can invest and become part of our Bookshop can come and talk to a member of the team - either one to one or within a larger discussion and get any burning questions answered.

The space is also for any customers or members who have any questions or concerns regarding our move to a Community Benefit Society and our upcoming Share Offer in September.

These hosted sessions at the café will run from 10.30am till 12.30pm and we will be there to talk through the benefits of the move as well as discuss how people can both get involved and invest in running a local independent bookshop and becoming part of Southampton's first Community Share Offer.

Don't forget there will be teas, locally sourced coffee and delicious vegan cakes available as well!

Both the café and the conversations will be open to everyone so feel free to spread the message and bring anyone along who might be interested in the future of October Books!

No tickets or purchase necessary - drop in sessions

Café each day will run until 2.30pm but there will be a member of the team there for questions and conversation about community shares and Community benefit society from 10.30-12.30
