Bringing together solar, wind, gas, batteries, electric vehicles and the grid. Roger Munford presents a non technical guide to how it all works together and how it is likely to change towards zero carbon.
Roger started his career as a geophysical engineer looking for oil in the Middle East and North Sea. Seeing the (sun) light, he finished as a solar engineer. He organised Transition's outing to the National Grid Control Centre two years ago and is a Director of the West Solent Solar Co-operative. He has enjoyed guiding visitors around the solar farm in Lymington. This talk is based on many questions from the public.
