Join us at October Books for our inaugural Portswood Writers Group!

We aim to create a welcoming and encouraging environment in which local writers of all genres, styles, and experience can explore the creative process together. In coming together to exchange ideas we want to create a vibrant creative cultural exchange.

Our initial session will ask attendees what they would find most valuable from such a space. Whether this means being given writing prompts and creative feedback, or simply a place to sit with like minded-folks to write together is entirely up to you!

We're so excited to be able to offer a centralised hub for creativity in Portswood, and contribute to the cultural ecology of Southampton.
