October opening hours for October Books!

We made it! Throughout the month of October, commencing from Saturday 3rd October (Bookshop Day no less!) we will be open to you the public 6 days a week as we were prior to lockdown! Hooray!

Please note, we’re taking a half day on Wednesdays (closing at 1.30pm) in order to focus on planning and strategy, and also to take time to develop the wellbeing of our staff and volunteers. We know that you will understand the reasoning and importance behind our decision to do this.

THROUGHOUT OCTOBER - WE ARE OPEN…

Mon: 9.30-5.30

Tues: 9.30-5.30

Wed 9.30-1.30 (please note early closing)

Thurs: 9.30-5.30

Fri: 9.30-5.30

Sat: 9.30-5.30

We are able to be open 6 days a week again because of your consideration and care whilst in the shop. Keep doing what you’re doing and leave that extra space, sanitise those hands and pull on that mask. We know you’re smiling underneath it :)

You will see we have a QR code at the door, if you have the NHS COVID-19 app downloaded to your smart phone please scan this as you enter the shop.

We’ve loved seeing so many of you in person so far, so whether you’re coming to see what’s new in the shop, or it’s just a flying visit to collect your customer order, we’ll be happy to see you!
