There is a growing hub of authors, poets, and storytellers in Portswood - something we’ve always celebrated and championed here at October Books. Whether you’re a poet, playwright, essayist, or novelist, reading your own work or someone else’s, all are welcome!

The event is a fundraiser for October Books to ensure we can continue offering a stream of events throughout the year. Tickets will be £5 on the door, or via our website. Booking in advance advised.
